Comprehensive Therapy Center

The Comprehensive Therapy Center provides outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language therapy for children ages six weeks to 12 years of age who have developmental delays and disabilities.

Services offered:

  • Developmental evaluations and assessments
  • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language therapy
  • Rehabilitation services following injury/surgery
  • Sensory integration evaluation and therapy
  • Neurodevelopmental therapy (N.D.T.)
  • Oral/motor feeding delays treatment
  • Cascade orthotics/custom molded splints
  • Manual therapy (myofascial/craniosacral, etc.)
  • Evaluation and consultation by a developmental pediatrician

The Comprehensive Therapy Center treats children with:

cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, walking delays or disabilities, hearing or vision impairments, feeding problems, spina bifida, low muscle tone, sensory or attachment disorders, intellectual disabilities, limb deformities or amputations and many other developmental disabilities or delays.

The Comprehensive Therapy Center is well-equipped to facilitate each child's learning needs with a multi-sensory room, a sensory integration room, private therapy rooms, and an indoor gym that includes a treadmill, gait trainer, rock wall, swings and a wide variety of adaptive toys and equipment.

Hours of Operation:

8:00 - 5:00 p.m. weekdays. Evening appointments may also be arranged.

Referrals and additional information:

Parents may contact the Comprehensive Therapy Center directly about services for their children. Transportation is available to eligible Baltimore City families. Other referral sources include Infants and Toddlers programs, pediatricians, educational systems and hospitals.
